The design of the house is a compact and sober volume where white also predominates, with regular openings that are protected from the sun by means of window shutters in gray tones, giving this cold structure a genuinely Mediterranean air. With a built space of 193 square meters, the house is distributed on two floors consisting of a hall, a study, three bathrooms, four bedrooms, a living room-kitchen-dining room, an installation room and a laundry room.

The main area occupies the entire south face of the ground floor, with direct access to the garden and a pool of 20 square meters. This large open room, which includes the kitchen, dining room and living room, is where most of the daily activity takes place, since it favors relations between all family members.

On the upper floor we opted for an industrial oak parquet floor that gives warmth to the rooms.

The whole house has underfloor heating that provides heating. Being built in wood, it means a minimum energy demand and a saving of more than 80% compared to a traditional construction house.

The architectural design also took into account the optimization of resources. Therefore, a strip on the north face of the building groups the access and the areas of the house that do not require sunning: bathrooms, facilities room and laundry.
