Our reader's apartment, Pilar, is located in Benidorm, near the popular Levante beach. It is a building of ten heights, with ten homes in total, one per floor. This is the attic and enjoy the views. Calpe and his well-known rock are seen on the north face; on the southeast side, the skyscrapers, and on the west, the mountains.

155 square meters distributed in 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, two bathrooms and a toilet, laundry room, kitchen and two small terraces. Pilar's fondness for decoration makes him aware of trends and loves to update environments as soon as he can. Bet on a base in neutral tones to modify the appearance of a space by simply renewing the accessories.

The mural on the TV wall is a design by the owner and reader since she couldn't find anything that fit her and she started to create it herself.

The dining room sideboard is a recovered furniture. Initially it was white, with classic moldings. Pilar sanded it, removed the moldings and painted the fronts with slate paint.
