Monday: Bowl of chicken fajitas with cauliflower

You need:
- 1 boneless and skinless chicken breast
- 3 peppers, sliced
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cauliflower (500 gr. Approx.)
- 1/3 cup freshly cut coriander
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Cheese, cream and avocado, to serve

The Italian night is better when you combine your two favorite pastas.

You need:
- 500 gr of minced meat
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1 jar of marinara sauce
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 cups of ricotta
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley and more to garnish
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 700 grams of cheese stuffed ravioli
- 2 cups grated mozzarella

Wednesday: BBQ Meatballs

A new way to eat meatballs ...

You need:
For mashed potatoes:
- 1 k. of potatoes from
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk, more if necessary
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
For the meatballs:
- 500 gr. minced meat
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons canola oil (or olive oil)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 package of French onion soup mix

Normal tomato sauce will not taste the same after this dish.

You need:
- 350 gr. smoked sausages
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 sweet onion, diced
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 50 gr. sun dried tomatoes, julienne and dry
- 250 fr. of pasta
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 3/4 cups of cream
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 tablespoons freshly cut parsley
