East old hamlet is over 150 years old and it is located in the coastal town of Calpe (Alicante) and surrounded by outdoor terrain. Marina is the owner. She wanted to recover the house but that it adapted to her tastes and needs. He wanted diaphanous and continuous spaces for which he demolished partitions on the first floor and created a common day area with the hall, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room (only the bathroom and the cleaning and ironing room are kept here) . The upper floor was reserved for the master bedroom, with dressing room and bathroom.

In the decoration and finishes the Nordic style has been sought to create warm environments with soft tones and much importance in lighting.
